As a former U.S. Marine, he is committed to providing scholarships, possibilities, and financial support that help open doors for scholars. Damon's motto, “I Serve,” reflects the chivalric ideal of serving the people before oneself.

Throughout her childhood and into her adult life, Mrs. Felicia Alexander has carried a natural gift for service, grounding her deeply within the community she loves. Her work as a Board Trustee for the San Bernardino City Unified School District affirms her belief in the transformative power of education, and the Alexander Family Foundation reflects that commitment by providing scholarships and financial support that open doors for scholars.

She is particularly passionate about AFF’s Educational Opportunity Key Initiative, as she believes everyone should have the chance to learn, grow, and expand their horizons through education.
